WordPress SEO Site Built from Scratch — 98/100 Performance

The challenge

Build a complete SEO-optimised WordPress portfolio site from a blank install. No starter content, no template — every page, every meta tag, and every internal link planned for search intent first, design second. The performance target was top-tier on Core Web Vitals across both mobile and desktop, because page speed sits inside Google's ranking signals and directly affects conversion.

The approach

Site architecture	Mapped service hierarchy, money pages, supporting content, and internal-link flow before writing a single line of HTML.
Keyword research	Buyer-intent keywords mapped to each service page, with location-aware variants for Istanbul and DACH markets.
Content + metadata	Every page written around a primary keyword with strict character limits on titles (≤70) and descriptions (≤140), plus complete Open Graph and JSON-LD schema.
Core Web Vitals	Image optimisation, deferred scripts, critical CSS inlined, font preloading, LiteSpeed cache tuning — targeting LCP under 2 seconds.
Multilingual setup	EN, TR and BG language versions with hreflang reciprocal self-references, supporting clean indexing without duplicate-content risk.

The result

PageSpeed Insights returned 98 on mobile and 100 on desktop. Largest Contentful Paint settled at 1.8 seconds on mobile and 0.6 seconds on desktop — comfortably under the 2.5-second “Good” threshold Google uses to flag pages as performant.

The site indexes cleanly across all three language versions, every page carries valid structured data, and the architecture has held up under multiple rounds of technical SEO sweeps without structural rework.
